Kayla

"I love sound baths and this one did not disappoint. Sophie has a really calming aura and so the experience really starts at the door. Left feeling completely relaxed and grounded...perfect!"

Private 1:1 or 1:2 Sound Baths

I also offer bespoke private sound bath sessions that are tailored to your needs. In a private session, there is the additional option for the Tibetan bowls to be placed on your clothed body, where you can experience the vibrations more intensely on specific areas of the body (Chakras or Energy Centres).

Sound Bath FAQs

What does a sound bath do?

A sound bath is an experience that is similar to a guided meditation that uses instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes to create a beautiful soundscape. Many people report feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded and mentally clearer afterwards. Sound healing can help reduce stress, ease muscle tension, support better sleep and create space for emotional release. It’s a gentle but powerful way to reset when you’re feeling overwhelmed or burnt out.

Who should not attend a sound bath?

Sound baths are suitable for most people, but they may not be appropriate in the following circumstances. See below If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device Are in the first trimester of pregnancy Experience sound-induced epilepsy or severe sound sensitivity If you are prone to migraines or have a verstibular condition Are currently in acute mental health crisis If you have any medical conditions and are unsure whether a sound bath is right for you, it’s always best to check with your GP first and contact me before booking. Your safety and comfort are my priority.

What happens during a sound bath?

At my sound baths you’ll be welcomed into a calm, comfortable space. You’ll lie down on a yoga mat (or sit in a chair if you prefer), with blankets and cushions to help you fully relax. The session usually begins with a short grounding or breathing practice. I then play a combination of crystal bowls, gongs and other therapeutic instruments. There’s nothing you need to do — no meditation experience required. You can simply rest, drift, or observe whatever comes up. Sessions typically last 60–75 minutes
